Info centre
All users in the Berlin-Brandenburg region wishing to consult statistical publications or databases on Germany and Europe can access the i-Punkt Info Centre. It contains approximately 20,000 statistical publications - in particular all Eurostat publications and the full range of publications issued by the Federal Statistical Office Germany. Furthermore, users will find publications on German historical statistics as well as a selection of important statistical publications published by various international organisations and the National Statistical Institutes of the EU Member States. Several PC desks are also available allowing users to research in various on- and offline electronic products offered by official European and German statistics.

- Individual user advice on statistical and methodological issues
- Brief introductory training sessions on how to use the most important online media (e.g. Eurostat database, GENESIS-online database) published by European and German official statistics
- Support for users carrying out their own database and online extractions
- Access to more than 500,000 statistical publications held by the central library of Federal Statistical Office in Wiesbaden via OPAC
- Photocopies subject to a small fee
